They responded promptly and shipped within the same day. However, when I received it, the plate was cracked, but they shipped a replacement product within the same day.
They are very sincere and caring. We used English to cominucate, but we were able to communicate with each other without any problems. The product was very cute and was exactly as the picture shows. I will use it carefully. I truly appreciate you giving me your precious support.
